We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant with knowledge of DMV / vehicle dealership protocol to support the daily operations of our dealership. This role plays a key part in customer service, scheduling, documentation, and dealership workflow. You’ll work closely with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure smooth communication and an efficient, customer‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondence and prepare formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Regulatory or documentation experience a plus
- DMV / Dealership experience a huge plus
- Administrative or office support experience
- Strong multitasking with accuracy
- High attention to detail and data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organization and time management
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Customer service experience, including in‑person
